Miami Vacation Homes for the Family

Miami HomesWhen you plan a family getaway, budget is a major issue. Hey, if you're cutting coupons and counting pennies at home, you're certainly going to do that on vacation (especially on vacation). So, how can you truly enjoy a family vacation without stressing about finances? Miami vacation homes are your family's solution to all your travel troubles.

Vacation Rentals.com boasts 50+ Miami houses and condos that come in all sizes and styles. And all are wildly cheaper than hotels. You're likely going to spend most of your money on airfare and lodging. While we can't control the airline industry, we can make it cheap for you to stay in a luxurious, roomy accommodation. Miami homes are spacious and filled with convenient and luxurious amenities - like free wifi internet and a private Jacuzzi. Not to mention, you won't have to worry about the little ones running around a big hotel and running into strangers. They'll have plenty of room to play around in one of our Miami townhouses and they'll always be a "shout" away.

Whether you go with one of our five-bedroom Miami vacation houses or a smaller and economic Miami house, you're still getting a lot more bang for your buck than you would with a rinky dinky hotel room! Not to mention, the privacy... imagine if you didn't have to share your view of the sun setting over the ocean with anyone else but your family. Imagine if you could eat a home cooked meal around the table and bond over discussions of how the day went.

After you've stayed in one of Vacation Rentals.com's Miami homes, you'll find it difficult to ever go back to hotels. When you've got kids in tow, it just doesn't make sense to stay in an overpriced hotel room that's far from kid-friendly.

While Miami vacation homes are particularly suited for families and big groups, they're a much better pick than hotel rooms for just about any traveler. So, no matter where you're going, who you're going with, or what kind of budget you're working with, you really can't lose with a roomy and cheap vacation rental.

Why Inversting/Buying a Property in Egypt ?

Since Egypt opened the door to foreign investment, many local and foreign investors have taken advantage of low prices and great investment opportunities in various parts of Egypt. Many of the attractive real estate zones in Egypt are located on the Red Sea. However, the foreign investors seeking growth and income potential are considering various parts of Egypt and actively seek advice from local real estate experts for types and locations of suitable investments in Egypt.

Many international companies also have relocated their firms and staff to Egypt to take advantage of lower labor and tax rates. These companies are dependent on the local real estate firms to supply their employees accommodations and needs. It is noteworthy to mention that after Saudi Arabia, Egypt ranks the second largest recipient of foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Egypt is receiving over a $billion in FDI, and thus attracting overseas interest in real estate. Also Emaar Misr, a subsidiary of Dubai based Emaar Properties signed a contract worth about 4 billion USD to develop an exclusive and iconic series of villages in Cairo in 2005. Similar developments are being made by various overseas firms in Egypt today.
